The blog has been getting quite a few posts from owners and sellers looking for a way to buy or sell a Mini Mark. There have also been many questions on parts for the Mini Marks. With that in mind I thought it might be a good idea to have just a single post on the blog where that information can be exchanged. If you have your Mini Mark and you want to find a new home, or are looking to add one to your garage; you need a part, or have one to share, post it here. If you are having trouble finding a part, another owner may be able to put you on the right track.

Have a 1974 VW body and 1984 Brendan Kit. Car is in very good condition. Brakes,master cyl. newtires, Engine rebuilt in 2011 with new solex. Has am/fm cassette player, cb, 8note horn player. Paint is in good condition Brownish gold flakes. Has Convertible top with side curtains. Has wired tow bar for towing. Car was used mainly in parades. Priced to sell. $8500.00 OBO. Owner forced to sell. Have to figure out how to post pictures....... Located in Souther California.

I have a Mini Mark on a 1973 VW chassi.It sat outside for a lot of years and the chassi is rusty.The body is in great shape.Ihave all 6 wheels and tire that came on the car from the factory.The passenger is missig.I have no time to restore it so if anyone wants a complete Mini Mark it is for sale.Email me if interested.texmahone@comcast.net or call574-386-7757.Thanks for the blog. DeleteI have a beautiful 1982 Mini Mark here in Colorado. I have had it for 6 years. Fun car and it attracts allot of attention. My car is white with the black top. I have both the original hard top and soft top. This car came with the factory A/C. Always garaged kept and all original. 23000 miles. I got some health issues and an thinking about parting with my little jewel. I have no idea what its worth, and I don't want to give it away. Any thoughts?? Great site by the way. ReplyDeleteI am going to sell my Yellow one built in 82 and was part of the advertising. Less than 13,000 miles all original including AC and Wire Wheels and Brown Spare Tires covers. Both tops are in excellent shape as is the entire rest of the car. Only blemish is my grandson let a broom handle fall onto the grill and a few of the slats have a small (less than 1/3 of depth) 1/4 moon piece missing. Located in Spokane WA. Sell for 10,000.
I have a Mini Mark hardtop complete with side windows. I will accept any reasonable offer for it. Phone calls only.

I have a 1979 Mini Mark on a modified VW chassis which now has a 350 Chevy V8 engine and 350 trans.I'm looking for a complete soft top or would consider the bows.I can be reached at rhodes.susan@yahoo.com .This is a fun car to take out and ride.everyone thinks it's a VW engine.

Wow, a V8 in it? Do you have pictures?
One of the readers may be able to get you measurements of the bows. It is basically a bimini top from a boat. The hardware and bow material you can get from a boat supply shop.
(I don't have the soft top for mine, but the mounting posts on the body were there.)

I'd like to talk to Ray, I'm interested in his Mini Mark, but I haven't had any luck---I tried texting him, calls won't go through, and I find another listing with the car and I emailed (through Craigslist), but nothing. Any ideas of how to contact him?

ReplyDeleteI have a cream yellow Mini Mark with new tires (less that 10K) new battery (1+ yr). It's on a 1970 VW frame, etc. Estimated miles is approx 60K and runs great. I'm asking $12,500 OBO. Here comes the fly in the ointment - I life in Hawaii. Car was purchased in FL and we drove it to AZ and have since moved to Kona.
